A donation of $300.00 or more is required to become a SaveCASchools.org sponsor.

Step 1. Print the Agreement form.

Step 2. Fill out and sign the agreement form

Step 3. When mailing in the agreement form, please include the signed
agreement, business card and a check made out to
SaveCASchools.org.
